* Offer 'Cash Credit' is subject to the following conditions.

1. To qualify for this Offer, you need to: a) Open a live Spread Betting, CFD or FX account with Gekko Global Markets, between 1^st September and 30^th September 2010; b) Make an initial deposit between 1^st September and 30^th September 2010, of at least £500 (or equivalent in other currencies) and place 3 opening trades of at least £2 per point on Qualifying Markets (refer to Term 2)
2. Qualifying Markets are listed below:
   - All indices markets
   - All FX markets
   - All commodities markets
   - All rates markets
   - Single equity markets with three unit digits or higher prices. Note that 'penny shares' or shares that trade for less than £1 per share (UK) or $1 per share (US) or €1 per share (EU), do not count as Qualifying Markets.
3. Once you qualify for this Offer, email info@ggmarkets.com with your full name and account number, stating that you would like to claim the Cash Bonus Offer. Upon verification, we will credit your account with a Cash Bonus of 25% of your initial deposit, up to £500.
4. The Offer applies to the first deposit you make between 1^st September and 30^th September 2010 only. The Offer does not apply to any subsequent deposits.
5. The Cash Bonus can only be withdrawn from your account once the accumulated stakes of your opening trades placed on Qualifying Markets (refer to Term 2) from the time Cash Bonus is credited into your account, exceed the Cash Bonus amount. For example, if you are awarded with £100 Cash Bonus, and have placed 21 opening trades of £5 stake on UK 100 market which is a Qualifying Market , the accumulated stakes of your opening trades total to £105 which exceeds the Cash Bonus amount, and you may now withdraw the Cash Bonus.
6. From the date the Cash Bonus is credited into your account, if at anytime, your account is inactive (meaning no open trades or new trades placed on your account) for a period longer than four weeks, we will deduct from your account the Cash Bonus.
7. If at any time you withdraw, or partially withdraw your initial deposit, we will reduce your Cash Bonus in proportion to your withdrawal. For example, if you initially deposit £2,000 and we credit 25% or £500 Cash Bonus, and you subsequently make a withdrawal of £1,000, we will reduce the Cash Bonus on your account by 25% or £250.
8. The Cash Bonus may not be used to offset losses on your account.
9. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Existing Gekko live account customers do not quality for this Offer. The Offer may only be taken up once per household. If a customer opens more than one account with Gekko Global Markets, we reserve the right not to credit the Cash Bonus into additional account(s).
10. Gekko Global Markets Ltd is the sole arbiter of the Offer and reserves the right to alter, amend, extend or foreclose the Offer at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of any changes to the Offer and / or its conditions by updating our website and we recommend you check our website regularly for such updates.
11. Gekko Global Markets Ltd reserves the right to withhold payment of any profits made by a client using this Offer if we believe that the spirit of this Offer is being abused or irregular betting patterns are observed. Gekko Global Markets will resolve any disputes whether or not covered by these Offer conditions, in a fair and appropriate manner, and its decision will be final. To qualify for this Offer, you need to:
a) Have an existing live trading account (spread betting, or CFD, or FX) with Gekko Global Markets;
b) Refer a friend to open a live trading account (spread betting, or CFD, or FX) with Gekko Global Markets on or after 1st April 2009. Your friend needs to make an initial deposit in excess of £500 (or equivalent) and place 3 opening trades of at least £1 per point, on non-single-equity markets.

• Once you qualify for this Offer, both you and your referred friend need to email info@ggmarkets.com
• Upon verification that you have satisfied the conditions a) and b), we will credit both accounts with £100 cash bonus.
• If your referred friend withdraws or partially withdraws the initial deposit within 3 months from the time the bonus was awarded, we will remove the £100 cash bonus from both accounts.
• The cash bonus can only be withdrawn from the account if at least 3 months have elapsed from the time the bonus was awarded and if at least 10 non-single-equity opening trades of stake no less than £1 per point have been placed on the account.
